Work that shows up on the street
Our team makes and installs signs for shops, offices, vehicles, exhibitions, windows, walls, doors and floors. The work is practical and varied, with each job needing accuracy, good timing and a careful eye. One day may be vinyl cutting and print production, the next a site survey in Bloemfontein or an installation in Mangaung.
We value people who can work with their hands, follow instructions and keep calm when the job is on site and the deadline is close. Good sign work does not forgive sloppy measuring or rushed finishing, so we look for people who take pride in the small details.
The roles we hire for
We build our team around the real work that keeps a sign business moving. If your skills fit one of these areas, send us your CV through the enquiry form on our contact page.
- Production and fabrication support
- Graphic design and artwork setup
- Vehicle graphics and application work
- Installation and maintenance assistance
- Client coordination and job admin
- Printing, cutting and lamination support
Some roles need experience, while others suit someone with a good attitude and a willingness to learn. We can teach processes, but not the habit of arriving on time or the care needed around tools, ladders and live sites.
What a good fit looks like
Our best people are organised, practical and steady under pressure. They understand that a sign may need to go up outside a retail store at a certain hour, or a vehicle must be returned clean and ready for the road. In a place like Bloemfontein, weather and dust can affect how work is handled, so attention to preparation matters.
- You work neatly and leave a clean site
- You can follow a brief and ask questions early
- You are comfortable with physical work
- You understand deadlines and teamwork
- You can handle customer contact in a professional way
How we work at Hamilton
Our base in Hamilton, Bloemfontein is where planning, production and dispatch come together. The team includes Marius Jacobus van Rensburg, Lerato Molefe, Johan Smit, Zanele Dlamini, Kagiso Moeketsi, Annelie Botha and Thabo Ncgobo, and each person plays a part in getting the work out right.
We deal with jobs across Bloemfontein, Mangaung, Botshabelo, Thaba Nchu, Welkom and Kroonstad, so flexibility helps. Some days are spent in the workshop, others on site with ladders, tools and printed material ready for installation or refurbishment.
What we expect from applicants
If you want to work with us, send a CV through the enquiry form on our contact page. Please include a short note on the type of work you are looking for, your experience, and the area you live in. If you have a portfolio of artwork, photos of installs, or examples of fabrication work, mention that too.
- Tell us your current skill set
- Say whether you can drive or travel for site work
- Note any machinery, software or install experience
- Include reliable contact details
We review applications when roles open, and we keep suitable CVs on hand for future needs. If your experience matches our work, we may be in touch for a conversation or practical trial.
Why people stay with the trade
Sign work has a visible result. A clean fascia sign, a sharp vehicle graphic or a well-fitted window decal can change how a business is seen in a single day. That kind of result is satisfying, and it keeps the work honest.
We also understand that good people want stability and respect. We aim to maintain clear communication, fair expectations and proper standards on every job. If you are looking for hands-on work where effort is seen, this could suit you well.
