Quote Request

Use this page to send the details we need for an accurate sign or graphics quote. The more we know about sizes, materials and installation access, the quicker we can price it properly.

Start with the basics we need for pricing

When you send a quote request, please include the sign type, the size, the quantity and the area where it will be used. A banner for a shopfront in Bloemfontein is priced differently from vehicle graphics for a fleet in Mangaung, and wall lettering in a reception area is not the same as floor decals in a busy walkway.

If you are not sure about the exact measurements, send the best estimate you have and add a photo of the space. That helps our team check whether the sign needs a full fitment, a ladder, a lift or extra preparation before installation. It also helps us see if the surface is brick, corrugated metal, painted plaster, glass or a vehicle panel.

  • Type of sign or graphic you need
  • Approximate size in millimetres or metres
  • How many units are needed
  • Where it will be installed

Photos that help us price correctly

Clear photos save time and reduce back and forth. Please send front-on photos of the area, plus any close-ups of existing signs, walls, windows, doors, floors or vehicles that need work. If there is an old sign to be removed, a photo of the fixings and mounting points is useful too.

For outdoor work in Bloemfontein, Botshabelo, Thaba Nchu, Welkom or Kroonstad, weather exposure matters. Sun, wind and dust can affect the material choice and the fixing method. If the site is on a corner, high traffic road or exposed to strong wind, mention that in your request so we can factor it in from the start.

  • Take one wide photo and one close-up photo
  • Show the full wall, window, door or vehicle side
  • Include any existing graphics that must be matched or removed
  • Note if the site is inside, outside or partly covered

Tell us what the sign must do

Some signs are meant to catch passing traffic, while others must guide people inside a building or support a brand across several sites. Tell us whether the job is for promotion, wayfinding, compliance, identification or a temporary event. That makes a difference to the layout, print method and finish.

If you need labels, decals, exhibition displays or vehicle graphics, let us know how long they must last and how often they will be cleaned. In offices, shops and industrial spaces, we also check whether the surface must handle moisture, touch traffic or regular cleaning chemicals. For coastal areas it is even more important to use the right laminate and adhesive, because humidity can lift weaker materials over time.

  • Retail branding or shopfront signage
  • Vehicle branding or debranding
  • Labels, floor decals or window graphics
  • Short-term campaign or long-term installation

Where the job is located and how we reach it

Please include the suburb, town or industrial area. We work from Hamilton in Bloemfontein and cover Mangaung, Botshabelo, Thaba Nchu, Welkom, Kroonstad, Brandfort and Winburg. Site location helps us plan travel, access and the right team for the job.

If the site has security checks, loading bay rules, municipal restrictions or limited access times, tell us upfront. For some installations we need to work around trading hours, school times or tenant access in a centre. That is common for shop signs and window graphics where the client cannot close for long, so a clear time window is always helpful.

  • Town, suburb or industrial park
  • Floor level or access height
  • Security or site access rules
  • Preferred installation dates if you have them

Artwork, logos and file handling

If you already have a logo or artwork, send the best file you have. Clean files help us move faster, but if your logo is old or blurry we can redraw it for production. We also set up artwork for print, cutting and fabrication, and we check that sizes, colours and spacing will work on the final surface.

When you request a quote, say whether the artwork is final or still being changed. If you want several sizes of the same design for windows, walls and vehicles, mention that too. This is where a small typo in a size can cause a big problem later, so it is worth checking the measurements once more before you send them.

  • Attach your logo, sketch or reference image
  • Tell us if a redraw is needed
  • List the final wording exactly as it must appear
  • Mark any colour preferences or brand matches

What happens after you send the request

Once we have your details, our team reviews the request and works out the most suitable production method. That may include site surveys, vinyl cutting, print production, sign fabrication, installation, maintenance visits or refurbishment, depending on what the job needs. For vehicle work, we also look at panel shape, curves and door handles so the pricing matches the actual labour.

If anything is unclear, Annelie and the team may ask for one or two more details before quoting. That is normal and it helps avoid surprise costs later. We would rather quote properly than guess. Marius Jacobus van Rensburg leads the business, with production, design, fabrication and installation handled by the team that works on these jobs every day, so your request goes to people who know the practical side of sign making.

  • We review the scope and confirm the right process
  • We may request extra photos or measurements
  • We quote on the actual materials and labour needed
  • We can price one-off jobs or repeat work for multiple sites

Questions we get asked

What information should I include in a quote request?

Please include the sign type, sizes, quantities, location, photos and any artwork you already have. If the job is for installation, add access details and preferred dates.

Can you quote if I only have rough measurements?

Yes, rough measurements are fine to start with. If the job moves ahead, we may still confirm sizes on site so the final fit is correct.

Do you handle jobs outside Bloemfontein?

Yes. We work across Mangaung and surrounding towns including Botshabelo, Thaba Nchu, Welkom, Kroonstad, Brandfort and Winburg.
